Packet Pick-up and Race Day Registration:
There will not be an early packet pickup, only race day packet pickup.
Race day packet pickup will be on Saturday, March 8, 2025 (race day morning) starting at 9:15am at Scioto Audubon Metro Park. The address is:

The Kids Cookie Dash will start first at 10:00am and at 10:15am the 1mi, 5k & 10k participants will begin.

Course Details:
All courses will be on paved surfaces.
Every race will start and finish at the exact same line at Scioto Audubon Metro Park near the rock climbing wall/water tower. All routes will be on paved trails.

10k: Run/Walk 10 Kilometers (6.2 miles)
5k: Run/Walk 5 Kilometers (3.1 miles)
1mi: Run/Walk 1 mile
Kids Fun Run: Run/Walk 1/4 mile
Awards:
Everyone in the 1mi, 5k and 10k races will receive a finishers medal.
Digital finisher certificates will be available online for everyone in the 1mi, 5k and 10k.
Age groups are as follows for the 1mi, 5k and 10k and results will be posted with age groups but there will not be an awards ceremony or awards.
9 & under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85-89 & 90+

Parking is available at Scioto Audubon Metro Park by the central activity area and the surrounding parking lots.

Additional Information:
This run will be chip timed and it is very important that you visibly wear your bib on the front of your chest/body when crossing the start and finish line to ensure an accurate race time.
This is a dog friendly event however dogs must be on a leash and to avoid tripping at the start line we recommend anyone with a dog starts after the main group has begun. We will have a bowl for dogs setup at the finish line!
Anyone who wants to start the race after the main group has begun the run is more than welcome to and your time will still be accurate.
We do allow strollers at this event.
Headphones/iPod/mp3 devices are allowed, though are strongly not recommended. It is the participant’s responsibility to make sure that they do not impair their ability to hear and detect present or potential hazards and dangers as well as verbal instructions from course marshals.
If at any time you or someone else on course is in need of assistance throughout the run please notify a course marshal or dial 911 in case of an emergency and then please let the closest course marshal know as well.
The run will start rain, snow or shine. The run could be delayed due to lightning or other dangerous conditions. The above schedule is weather-dependent.
Virtual Racers:
Virtual racers who pickup their swag in person will receive a cookie, mug, race bib and finishers medal. Those who want their swag mailed will receive a cookie, race bib and finishers medal (mug will not be mailed). Packets will be mailed and should arrive by race day if you register by February 24. If you register after February 24 packets will be mailed as time allows but likely won't arrive until after race day.
Anyone who plans to participate in the 1mi, 5k, 10k and/or kids cookie dash virtually will have until April 1 to enter their times online. If you do not wish to enter your time online that is ok as it is not required.
When registering please indicate whether you will pickup your packet in person or if you would like it mailed to you.
