The Heart and Lung Run has been held annually for the past 14 years to increase awareness for those suffering from cardiovascular and/or pulmonary disease.  The funds raised from this event are used to help patients in the community participate in the rehabilitation programs they need:  without this financial assistance, many would be forced to go without.
