A portion of the race proceeds will benefit the Humane Society of Delaware County (HSDC). The HSDC is a private 501(c)(3) non-profit organization serving people and their pets since 1972. They Annually adopt over 1200 homeless animals. in alignment with their core philosophy of helping unwanted animals in their community, the HSDC medical clinic performed 1933 spay/neuter surgeries. The HSDC strives to ensure the best possible treatment, care and placement of animals in need.

The Kids Fun Run will start first at 9:00am and at 9:15am the 5k & 10k participants will begin.

Every race will start and finish at the exact same line behind COSI at Genoa Park on the paved trail. See below for course maps:
Kids FUN Run: 100 meter dash ending at the start/finish line for the 5k/10k race.

Everyone in the 5k and 10k will receive a finishers medal.
Age groups are as follows for both the 5k and 10k and results will be posted with age groups but there will not be an awards ceremony that way everyone can leave after the race to get ready for the big game!

Parking will be available in the Northwest Parking Lot and the parking lots by COSI. These lots are operated by a third party parking lot company and are not associated with the race organizers.

This is a dog friendly event. We will have a bowl for dogs setup at the water stations and at the finish line!
We do allow strollers at this event.
Headphones/iPod/mp3 devices are allowed, though are strongly not recommended. It is the participant’s responsibility to make sure that they do not impair their ability to hear and detect present or potential hazards and dangers.
If at any time you are in need of assistance throughout the run please notify an aid station volunteer, police officer or course marshall.
Anyone who wants to start the race after the main group has begun the run is more than welcome to and your time will still be accurate.
Virtual racers will receive a long sleeve shirt or hoodie, race bib and finishers medal.
Anyone who plans to participate in the 5k, 10k and/or half marathon virtually will have until December 31 to enter their times online. If you do not wish to enter your time online that is ok as it is not required.
When registering please indicate whether you will pickup your packet in person or if you would like it mailed to you.
